Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Here’s everything you need to know about how your orders are shipped.

Shipping Regions & Availability

• Currently, we ship to Greece and Cyprus only, using Box Now.

• Shipping to other regions is available by request—just email us at lenfatsaboteur@gmail.com, and we'll work it out.

• Starting September, shipping will be automatically available to all regions.

Shipping Provider: Box Now

We partner with Box Now for all deliveries. Below are their current delivery timeframes:

Delivery Times (from Box Now)

• Locker-to-Locker Shipments (parcel moves from one Box Now locker to another):

  • Mainland Greece: ~2 business days

  • Greek Islands & Cyprus: ~3 business days
    

Parcel Pickup

Once your parcel reaches the Box Now locker:

• You'll receive an SMS or email with a PIN to open the locker.

• The parcel stays in the locker for 24 hours, with an option to extend for another 24 hours via the tracking page. boxnow.cyBox Now

Deliveries & Logistics

• Deliveries are made Monday–Saturday. No deliveries on Sundays or official holidays. 

• During peak periods (e.g. holidays, strikes, weather disruptions), minor delays may occasionally occur. 

Returns

Returns follow Box Now’s return policy. You can initiate a return by selecting the return option, submitting your details, and dropping the parcel into any Box Now locker. Box Now
